HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES
This includes poster images, stills from the project, behind-the-scenes shots, as well as pics for the bio section and cast and crew sections. Everything should be in the same tone of the project.
WHAT MAKES THIS FILM SPECIAL
A Director's Statement goes a long way. This is your chance to showcase the aesthetic of, purpose for, and story behind the project you are sharing. If the EPK is post-festival, then include laurels and press.
BASIC FILM INFORMATION
Your project title, logline, and synopsis (short, medium, and long). Film stats, that include technical details such as picture format, aspect ratio, shooting format, and language.
KEY CAST & CREW BIOS
Filmmaking is a collaborative art, so a section dedicated to the credits is a must, but you also need a section that dives a bit deeper into a few key cast and crew with short bios and headshots or pics of them in action.
HOW TO BE REACHED
An area devoted to the contact information for the project should include email addresses of anyone who is in charge of promoting the film (producers, PR people). If there is a website, share that info as well.
LOGOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
It's a good idea to include logos of any and all production companies and/or affiliates involved in making the project possible. Also, social media is king these days so share where people can follow the project.
