FEATURE LENGTH STAGED READING CASTING FORM

FEATURE LENGTH STAGED READING CASTING FORM

WMM is excited to announce staged readings of new, original, feature-length screenplays gearing up for production. This is great opportunity to read roles that have yet to be cast, and meet indie filmmakers who are in pre-production on a feature film. See the date and character breakdowns below and click here for the Zoom link to watch and give feedback to the filmmakers! No RSVP necessary to watch.

If you would like to hire WMM to produce a staged reading for your feature film, please email us for more information on pricing and scheduling.

GHOST LIGHT

By, Thomas Tulak

The cast and crew of a local community theater are in rehearsals for a new play when an inexperienced stagehand neglects to set the ghost light, summoning the ghosts of theater-tragedies-past, and trapping everyone in a haunted theater filled with ghosts hell bent on murder!

Ghost Light is based on real-life theater superstitions. The ghost light is a single light left on, center stage, whenever the theater is dark. Practically, it serves as a safety light, but superstition says it wards off mischievous spirits!

His first feature film, Who Dunt Dunt Dunnit? : The Movie premiered at Kevin Smith’s inaugural SModcastle Film Festival in 2022, was distributed by 3 Keys Media, and is now streaming on multiple platforms, including Tubi! Thomas is currently in negotiations with an investor, and is 5 minutes away from getting funding to produce Ghost Light! He is therefore hoping to get some helpful feedback on the script to make it as strong as it possibly can be. Some of Thomas work can be seen at www.easilyamusedgroup.com.
