Remote Production Coordination

We're like a Swiss Army knife for your production team! We can work alongside your production manager to take on key responsibilities to streamline your team and cut costs. We'll work in tandem with your line producer to make sure every detail is expertly handled. 

This includes:

• Insurance Management - we work with our insurance broker to find an affordable policy for your production as well as an E&O insurance policy for the sale of your finished film.

• Accounts Payable - we manage outgoing and incoming payments for vendors, locations and contractors.

• Payroll coordination & on-boarding - via Wrapbook.com, we will manage all employees being on-boarded, submit invoices and time cards, and process salaries for all workers receiving payment through payroll. 

• Permitting - we process and manage all of your permitting needs, except on-the-ground surveying (if required).

• SAG-AFTRA Paperwork Coordination - can manage the paperwork process from initiating the signatory paperwork, through preparing pre-pro paperwork and compiling and submitting the Final Cast List, performer contracts and Exhibit G’s. 

• Consultation and Guidance on Hires and Budgeting

• Post-production Plan - before you even roll camera we’ll help establish a post-production plan with your keys (Camera, Editorial, Sound & Color) and outline specific goals for your entire media pipeline. We’ll help you create and execute a realistic plan that fits within your budget throughout the production, post and delivery phases. 

PACKAGE TWO

Remote Team + On-The-Ground Line Producer

Your secret weapon!  Be set up for success with a strong line producer who can accurately budget and manage your production from start to finish and the expertise and support of our remote team. 

This includes:
